It is..it is just so slight that you cannot even notice it. If you want a good example find a radio antenna where radio is coming in badly and grab it...it tends to increase the quality because of the small amount of power we put into system and also act as an antenna ourselves being bio electric

because your body is electrical conductor and connects the rod to the earth. If you stand on an isolated surface or you wear shoes, then it can be electrified even when it is in your hand.

because you don't have enough electrons going through your body to produce any significant amount of electricity.
Imagine for a minute if you could.......
everything we touched would be electrified, catch fire, kill, etc.....
