Does it scare anyone else that there are so many stupid Teen pregnancy Questions posted on here. I mean what the hell is going on in this country where a girl doesn't know anything about her body but is having un protected sex!!! I see questions all the time like..Can you get pregnant if you are on the last day of your period..or I think I might be pregnant...Im 15 minutes late on my period and im starting to feel naseaus. And they get even dumber then that..I saw one that said."can I get pregnant if I had sex in a swimming pool?" What needs to be done to educate people who have unprotected sex yet still don't know how the reproductive process works?

Dude it is really scary but what can we do...we can't force people to get smarter...Its the fault of the parents...I mean Unless we can educate dumb parents then kids will never get it through thier heads that they need to not be parents themselves until they are ready.

teens think they can do whatever they want...they can have a job which pays well, a house that will be big enough and life full of happiness...well (to the teens of these situations) you're all WRONG! this is real life, not some fantasy story from a book where a princess and prince get together and live happily ever after...

girls, guys at the age of 13 - 16 are not ready to be fathers and neither are you as a mother...school is more important than sex!...the time you're ready is when you have job that has a good salary, a house that's clean and big enough...if you have baby. there's a 50/50 chance your guy might leave you because of it and he's not the one going through child birth...

i have to say this, people are stupid if they have a child together...especially when the guy accepts then later rejects the baby...they end up in the Maury show!...if they want a baby, fine but if the guy doesn't wanna help and she is homeless with a job as a stripper or prostitute and with a child, don't say i didn't warn them...

because of carelessness and stupidity, a child will not have a good home, life or father...unless the fairy-tale comes true to ALL teen problems, I'll say I'm wrong but until then...SCHOOL not SEX!

What a great question and follow up info!
I agree with you so much...I notice the same thing all the time...I think the problem is is that so many of these girls are so young and immature....And while they may be the agressor to have sex, what boy would say no????????teenage hormones run rampid in both sexes, lets face it..........It is almost an epidemic out there.
In order to combat the problem, maybe since the girls seem to not care about protection,,,maybe we should try to get to the boys having sex so much....because lets tell them that when you make a baby, you have to support that baby from the time you are 18 until the time the child is 18.that's a lot of money from a paycheck later on........Teenager only live in the moment.they don't care about anything....And shame on the parents for not explaining the birds and the bees.... Maybe we can ask the schools to have free condoms in the bathrooms or for 5 cents.
It seems like some schools did this years ago. but you don't hear about it anymore....Good question

I consider they just come ask due to the fact they have got to speak about it, I mean, I are not able to inform if anybody is pregnant by hearing them say they're due on the next day to come but their boobs harm - how is someone feel to know? But they're involved they usually have got to talk. That is all. It is like announcing you might have been sick. One person will say you're ok, everybody will vote that down and half a dozen will tell you to head to the emergency room since you are going to close to definitely die within the next 24 hours, a teenage boy will put up anything that is senseless at all in block capitals, and someone will post an advert for a internet site promoting remedy. None of that was really recommendation, however the individuals that mentioned matters that the poster desired to hear will make the poster feel better, or at the least consider like they did whatever. You'll be able to not ever discontinue it, are trying to disregard it....Or ask Yahoo to create a seperate "Am I pregnant?" section where they are able to all go evaluate notes.

None of that used to be fairly recommendation, however the folks that mentioned matters that the poster desired to listen to will make the poster suppose higher, or no less than suppose like they did anything. You'll by no means quit it, check out to disregard it....or ask Yahoo to create a seperate "Am I pregnant?" segment in which they are able to all cross evaluate notes.

The scarier thing is these same children who are playing the loving couples do not even understand what the meaning behind the act should be. They do not even know themselves, much less each other. I damn sure doubt they discussed whether or not they wanted children and if so how would they raise them. How can you possible be ready to commit 18 years to raising another human being when you are nor finished growing mentally, physically , and spiritually yourself?

I totally agree. I saw a question that said "Can I get pregnant if he ejaculates in my mouth?" How stupid is that??? Teens should be more educated about sex in schools. We hardly had any sex education when I was in school, all they talked about was abstinence...

It's truly terrifying. I'm not an American, so I know little of your education system. I'm also assuming that the vast majority of these scary posts originate in the US. Is it realistic to theorise that the abstinence-only sex education programme is responsible for this amazing tide of ignorance? That would be my hunch, I suppose.

no ure right, they dont have enough education to even do the act let alone conceive but as much as we think its completely sad they ask questions on here 75% of the time because they are embarrassed and need answers so without judging i try and give advice. but it is ridiculous and where are the parents?

i believe it is the parents fault. their children should not be having sex in the first place, should not have the opportunity to. parents need to teach their children and then keep on eye on them. duh, what's gonna happen if i leave a boy and a girl alone together in a room? HELLO PEOPLE! WAKE UP AND START TAKING CARE OF YOUR KIDS! If all parents were responsible there would be a lot less teen pregnancies.
