have a child / children and see them grow into healthy and reasonably happy adults. On its way (I hope).
write a book. Done though I still plan to write a better one.

build a house (I mean, have one built). Done
learn to play a musical instrument. Done
swim with dolphins
fly in space
see African animals in the wild
go skydiving
see the pyramids in Egypt
climb the Kilimanjaro - ideally before the glacier is completely gone
learn to ride a horse
and so on... ;-)

Lets see, Well I have already met my favorite band twice! So that should cover one of the 5.
2. see kids do well in life
3. would like to get to know future grandchildren and watch them grow up and do well.
