Doctors would tell you that it is unhealthy. A good amount of sleep is 8-10 hours, anything over that is hypersomnia. Hypersomnia is over sleeping where insomnia is not enough sleep. Sleeping for so long will only keep you tired and then you will sleep long again. It's just a vicious cycle. I used to sleep for 12 hours a day until my dictor told me that I was anemic (low iron levels in my blood). Symptoms of this include being tired all the time and of course over sleeping, being hungry all the time, and being cold as well. Though you may or may not have these symptoms or be anemic, something could be wrong that is making you over sleep. Talk to your doctor to see if there is something you can do about it, there is to much life to live to be wasting it on sleep!

it may not be unhealthy NOW, but it will affect you as you get older...
An adult only need about 7-9 hours sleep. So if you carry on sleeping like you do, and when the tme comes to get a job and start working and you have to wake up early, its going to be hard for you

yes, it is un healthy as i read before that sleeping for more than 8hrs can couse heart problems for u in the future , and over all it makes u lose a lote of time u can use in doing better things in ur life then sleeping.

I Need 10-12hrs of sleep, if I get less than that I'm draggin a** all day. I am also anemic, tho. So I am fatigued all the time

Its not unhealthy, but how can you sleep for so long, do you get sleep deprevation during daylight or you work nights and sleep during the days
