On my wedding anniversary this weekend things got hot in the pool. I was wondering if it is realistic that you could concieve in the pool? Has any one else concieved in the pool? Doesn't all come out when you get out of the pool??? I was on Day ten so I am not sure if I was ovulating yet??? My cyles are unpredictable ranging from 21-28 days.

The answer is yes you can, but it is uncommon due to the fact that the chlorine is not a healthy enviroment for the sperm to live in and depending if you were on top or not, it is more difficult for sperm to reach their destination while you are on top. And the water does wash away a lot of it. But it is a possibility, if you're curious just wait about 14 days after it occurred and go get tested, you should have an accurate result.

Yes you can get PG in a pool. Sperm is ejaculated very very quickly. If you were ovulating, which I don't believe you were, you could be PG. YOu will normally ovulate fourteen days from the first day of your last period.

If you are in the period cycle or your period cycles are unpredictable as you said. There is every chance you might get pregnant whether you are having sex either in the pool or in the bedroom.

Yes you can get pregnant in the pool.
On my honeymoon, things got wild in the hot tub, then I had to climb up two flights of stairs to get back to the bedroom...
If it's meant to be, it will be.

You can get pregnant anywhere hun. :) He was IN you and it's not like there was a heavy jet of water washing you out, even then, the sperm move enough to get up there before you would have time to!

If you don't end up pregnant more than likely you'll end with with an Urinary Tract Infection.

you "can" get pregnant any time you have sex. it's just not quite as likely because of the position and the dillution of the sperm.
