If your Ipod supports video, then you download them into Itunes and it will sync up with the other music in Itunes.

I use a program called Cucusoft iPod Movie/Video converter. Its very easy to use and after its converted ya put them in a folder in your iTunes and update your iPod. its easy sailing!
