steve irwin.. you all know by now what happened,

i absolutly loved him when i was a child, and nothing has changed he lived his life to the full and on the edge, with the friends, family, and animals in which he loved and respected- how many people can say that?

he was a great man who did alot for lives of humans and animals alike..

SOO>> why did it happen? i'd like to believe in karma, but what did this amazing bloke and others alike do to recieve the punishment of death?

Death is not a punishment in so much as it is an inevitability.
I suppose the best we can hope for is to die while doing something we love.

Death is not a punishment. It is part of the process of living that we do not and will never understand. Death is not a reward (as the far right Muslims believe.) Death is as normal as birth and is not to be thought of in any other way. We vilify the process because WE miss those we love, cherish and admire. It is our inability to understand that the person who passes on is not in crisis. Interesting concept but way beyond mere mortals to comprehend. Babies who die as infants are not being punished. Best I can figure is that these are challenges that the living are expected to handle and in the process appreciate life or do the right thing to get your life to a point where you can appreciate it.

I wouldn't say that what happened to Steve Irwin was karma at all, more like fate, we all have a fated path that we go down and when your path comes to an end then you go, its just fate and was meant to be that's all, he did nothing wrong but everything right, he was an amazing man who's end came too soon.

Nothing!
Your life is mapped out before your born the day the date the time the hour.
It was no accident, his time was up.

People may think that is unfeeling at times like this but that is the way it is.
He died doing something which he loves and for his little daughter.
Times such as this make people think of their own vulnerability.
Our life hangs by a single thread which can be snapped at any time.
Only God knows the time..
It is nice to be ready.
Take care!

death is for humans regardless if they are good or bad, if they have accomplished so much for the human race or not. life has limit, and that is the reality. this world is continuously reflenished with new creatures so don't wonder why Irwin died.

maybe you should not see it as a bad thing. maybe it was good karma...what i mean is that most of us will not die doing what we love. he did. he died like he lived...amongst those people and animals that he loved. it's tragic that he died young, but it's a good thing that he died doing what he wanted to do. karma is not necessarily a bad thing. if you do good then your karma will be good.

i loved him, thought he was great but i'm surprised something similar never happened before.
it's a bit like a soldier dying in war, it's sad but if you will take that risk
wild animals are lovely but they are wild.
