It's just what the name says. It's a finishing powder that can be worn alone or over foundation. It helps absorb oil from your face, and gives you a evened skin-tone.

Apply it with a cotton ball or powder brush over your entire face. Or just over your oily ares, like forehead, nose, and chin (called the T-zone.)

The internet is your friend. Sites like www.yahoo.com and www.google.com can provide you some real great information, no matter where you live. If you just put in Black Opal Deluxe in the search you would have found the following website:

http://www.blackopalbeauty.com/index.html

And you would have seen all the products and descriptions on what it is and how to use it.

you can use it after applying foudation to give it an extra finish its just face powder you can also wear it by itself but it will give you no coverage, oil control usally for use for oily skin so if your skin isnt oily do not use it becasue it will make it dry

You put it on your face to help control oil and out on top of your other makeup to help keep it in place all day.
