I'm sure that there are many variables he has to consider when it comes to making decisions. Most people feel that his "father" is a major influence in GW's politics. That would make him the "cat's paw" or does it make him the "cat?" (Ultimately he's the one that has to address the Nation.)

He's definitly the cat's paw. Someone said above that Cheney was pulling the strings. I'm not sure myself who is, but if you've ever sat down and listened to one of Dubya's speeches, he has no idea what's going on.

Bush is nothing but a figure head. Pay close attention to some of the things that Bush says. He is so clueless, its not even funny. Cheney runs this show,and you can take that to the bank.
