Sure. If you can seize the moment and hold it real tight. But remember, It will wiggle like crazy to get free so you need a real strong grip. The average person just can't do it.

It doesn't stop time, but seizing the moment by using all one's senses to savor every aspect, helps to memorize it, to recall and enjoy again. Be fully in the present moment. That seems to slow your perception of time passing, even though it can't actually stop it.

sometimes you can. Sometimes you can't.

time is relative. Perhaps it cannot be stopped but you sure can slow it down a lot, or at least slow your clock that perceives time. Remember that most dreams last only a few seconds, but often seem to have lasted minutes or even hours.
