Technically, looking at patterns of probability, as people have won it before, the answer has to be yes.
eg. IF= A then B= true.
I have won the lottery twice. £10 each time so I can say yes I won the lottery prize. But the actual jackpot. it's 14 million to one so you're more likely to be hit by lightning twice.
But as the advert says....it could be you!

If the lottery pays out half of what it collects, then multiply the pot by two and you will approximate your odds of winning. If the prize is $1 million then your odds are 2 million to one.

If anyone ever has won the lottery, which i am fairly certain has occured, then yes, it is possible.
It is most highly unlikely. And for the average person, realistically it is not possible as it will never happen.
