Embroiderered means that the design was sewn into the fabric, printed means it was printed onto the fabric, kind of like how the designs on t-shirts are usually printed.

Sewn & Embroidered: Each stripe is sewn to the next and the stars are embroidered. Higher quality. Printed: All stripes, stars and blue field are screen printed on a single piece of fabric. Lower quality.

One would have a picture which has been embroidered with fine & coloured threads. The other would be just a print of the picture. The embroidered one would probably be the dearest of the two.

You should be able to tell the difference by the price. Printed is what it says, embroidered is stitched by hand and stands out from the material

Printed has a design just stamped by machine on something. Embroidered means that a design is stitched in with coloured threads.
Embroidered would probably be more pretty, but probably more expensive as it is more labour intensive.

Printed is just having some pattern printed by some colour. Embroidered is having some patterns sewed on either automatically or by machine. You can see some strings of cottons or other textile sewed on it.

Embroidered means the image has been 'stiched by hand or machine' onto the bedding- so you can actually ''touch the picture'', printed is just a flat picture with no texture etc.....

Printed is the design is put on the fabric with ink. Embroidered is the design is put on with thread and is raised somewhat from the fabric. In other words you can "Feel" the design with thread.

In printing, the design is used on the fabric with ink and embroidery involves using thread to make the design.
