Well seems you might like the basic verision
You must understand that all money has value behind it. That agreed upon value is gold. So each of our dollars is worth a small very small piece of United States gold. At least thats the essential idea.
So if I print more dollars that doesn't make really more money, that just makes the value of the money go down. If I print 200 dollar bills for 1 piece of gold bullion I have, those 200 singluar dollar bills would be worth much more than if I printed 1000 dollar bills for 1 piece of bullion gold.
So more you would have to divide up that gold per dollar. It gets quite complicated but thats the basic concept.

The government or country can't just print money whenever it is short of money. The amount of money should have an equivalent amount in gold.
If the government or country just prints money whenever it needs money. There will be artificial inflation. And the purchasing power of the money becomes smaller.

If more money was printed the value of money would drop.
If more money was printed, something that is worth $10 could be worth $100 - but still be woth the same relatively speaking.

each country of the world is given a specific amount of gold. the country is limited to print money equal to some specific value of that gold. for eg a country is given gold equal to $1million and it is allowed to print money cost half million every year. now it is in the hand of the country to decide how much money it wil print. if it wants prices to go up it will print more money and if it wants prices to go down it will print less money.

it wouldn't help because it would make the money worthless. It would be like spending Monopoly money. Money can't exist without somethign of value to back it up. The US prints only enough money based on the amount of Gold/Silver/etc we have in Ft. Knox. Other countries which don't have anythign much of value are the ones who are the most poor. They can't print money because they don't have anythign to back it up.

the more money that is printed the less value it has and the less value it has the less you can purchase with it. what backing does the money have when foreign countries want the material backing the paper money ( such as gold and silver ). this would cause the country serious problems especially if all their silver and gold are taken by other countries.

Dear,
Many of the respond ants have given you good answers. The paper money in your hand is a part of your country's accumulated wealth. In other words the paper money circulated is equivalent to the minimum value of the accumulated wealth of your country.Whenever you are adding the paper money there must be economic growth otherwise your money in your hand will remain us less. You may go to a stationary with a traveling bag full of paper money to by a pen.

CANT just print money. it has been done. but then the money loses value. its called inflation.
the country is not lacking money, its losing the value of its money, no printing-money can solve it.
needs more value, not money jeje
never mind, its been there before, and got out, it will get out again.
