Yes that makes you selfish, however that is a very good thing. You are the most important person in the world and the only one who is totally in charge of you - your likes, your dislikes, your health, your emotions, etc. Being selfish is actually the backbone of being able to feel for others. You have to be able to do for your SELF before you are able to do anything for others.

I think that I would describe it as self centered.It is a selfish act because while you may not be harming anyone directly you are focusing all your energies inward.

no as long as doing what you want does not hurt other people...then that would be selfish.........

you should know who you are and like and believe in yourself

the only behavior we can control is our own...no one else can make us happy...we can only do that ourselves
