Yes it was a great movie
cute, funny & serious issues and you could really care about the characters
that girl who plays Akeelah is a great actress I haven't seen her in anything else

I actually liked it alot . Its a good movie with alot of positive messages in it. The girl who played Akeelah was good. How she tried to let that Asian boy win because his pops was hard on him was nice of her . I like how the ending was where they both won .
