I guess that really depends on your definition of justice. In my view, justice doesn't really "exist" per se, it's an idea we have about how a society ought to be structured to regulate behavior. When you come right down to it, justice is achieved at the barrel of a gun, by a highly organized and trained gang which has the benefit of governmental legitemacy (the police). Sure, there are laws and a "justice system" that provide some rules and organization for how society's behavioral boundaries are enforced and interpreted, but when you come right down to it, it's about fear of consequences and threat of force. You can count in morality and cultural influences as well. I guess the answer to your question is no, if you mean Justice in an objective, ideologically pure sense.

If there is just ONE to stand up for justice and try to get it you`ve gotta be hopeful that there is justice in even this wild world...

Justice does exist but it's fragile. You can't assume that once it's won that's the end of the the battle. Someone somewhere will be planning to take advantage. Eternal vigilance is the answer.

Yes, and no.

But I know, as far as I believe, Justice is in our hands. If we all uphold it, it is there. If we all expect others to uphold it, well . . . .fat hope.
