Yes. When my mum died i went on autopilot, comforted everyone, arranged the funeral, acomodations for people coming from afar, catered etc. I never shed a tear until after the funeral. It was about 2 AM when everybody had left and i started to cry and cry, couldn't stop myself and i woke up in the morning, still lying on the couch, and fully dressed. I had literally cried myself to sleep. It felt so weird, frightening too!

Yes. I miss my elderly mum who lives at home which I left 7 years ago to come and work and live in England. I sometimes remember my childhood; miss my home; and cry myself to sleep. Yet I love where I am now, and what I am doing - so I know I will never go back. Its kind of a catch 22 really. But such is life, I guess...

Yes. Well, sometimes when I was put to bed as a kid after a spanking. Then when I got older, it was because I misunderstood some things and was sad; my heart was broken. It's rare for me to ever cry, so at bed time is the better time for it so no one knows but me.

I'm very emotional, and I actually do it alot.
Mostly when loved ones dies, like on 9/11 when I lost my cousin, and recently when a good friend was killed in a car accident. It's just that you cry so much and expel a lot of energy, so your body finally gives up.

Yes, when my ex-boyfriend broke up with me this is how I went to sleep every night for months. =(
If you're going through this right now, I'm sorry. Hopefully, this troubling time will pass you soon.

Yes - I am almost there now because my boyfriend is going back next month to his homeland for good. It is tough and I'm sure I will cry even at school.

my oh my - lots of times, especially in the early days of my marriage. Lots of problems in trying to keep my family together, but I managed it somehow and am now getting on with middle age and do not often cry myself to sleep these days.
