What is the best Graphic and Sound card out there that fits a tight budget?

The best u go for the Redeon ATI, G-Force ....These will provide u the best graphic ressolution for all high end games and high graphical softwares. Though price depends upon the memory of the the card u can get your optimum requirements
And for sound card go for the creative sound card though its costly but u can get a master blaster sound output.
G-force FX will be better if u want it under low budget because it has a wide range. If u might have cleared about ur budget the answer might be ease to suggest u.
