need a estimate on cost of hirring tractor to cut in driveway and pad?

We are looking to purchase 10 acres in GRANTS PASS area in southern Oregon. Would really like to know what we should expect to pay to have somebody clear the trees and brush and make a road/driveway into the property probably around 900 feet of mild uphill wooded land. Also would need a homesite cleared. ANY IMPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!

your best bet would be to hire someone with a bulldozer and front end loader.

they could cut the path and then clear the debris to another area on your new property.

get an estimate before hiring your new contractor....in this area, we pay about $75 an hour for equipment and operator.
