The "just 5 more minutes" usually means I don't have time for you right this minute but I will later after I finish what I want to do. That means it may take all day go away and leave me alone for at least 5 minutes.

hmm... the phrase "Just 5 minutes" can be anywhere from 5 minutes right up to 1 hour, my boyfriend could answer this best i use it all the time...lol
