Premature ejaculation: MayoClinic.com
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/premature-ejaculation/DS00578/DSECTION=8

Many men occasionally ejaculate sooner than they or their partner would like during sexual intercourse. As long as it happens infrequently, it's probably not cause for concern. However, if you regularly ejaculate sooner than you and your partner wish — usually, before intercourse begins or shortly afterward — you may have a condition known as premature ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation is the most common male sexual dysfunction. In the United States, premature ejaculation affects about one in five men ages 18 to 59. Although the problem is often assumed to be psychological, biology also may play a role.

In some cases, premature ejaculation is a secondary problem related to erectile dysfunction. Men who are anxious about obtaining or maintaining their erection during sexual intercourse may form a pattern of rushing to ejaculate.

Treatment

Treatment options for premature ejaculation include sexual therapy, medications and psychotherapy. Two or more of these treatment approaches often are used in combination.

Sexual therapy
In some cases, sexual therapy may involve simple steps such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you're able to delay ejaculation during sex. Your doctor also may recommend avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters.

Your doctor may instruct you and your partner in the use of a method called the squeeze technique.

Premature ejaculation can be cured with natural methods. One really good one you can follow is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.
Cheers ;)

The only type of product in this category that is effective is Promescent. It is a product that was developed by Urologists at Hoag hospital in Newport Beach, Ca, and it is rapidly becoming the treatment embraced by the medical community. It has an absorption molecule that takes anesthetic sub-dermal and it is sprayed on for 10 minutes and then wiped off prior to intercourse. It has no transference to the woman, allows the men sensation, and is safe and easy to use. Look at the Physician testimonials on their site and compare that with the other sites that tell you how good they are, but offer no concrete backup. www.promescent.com offers a legitimate medical solution to those with PE or to those who would just like to prolong the experience.

It isn't a sickness darling, so you don't need a cure.

Premature Ejaculation is also called " pre-*** ", they act as a lubricant when u have sex & it's just weaker sperms. Guys tend to have premature ejaculation when they're turn on or horny, so it's fine.
