how would i have thrush....iv had this since i was a kid and never did anything sexual

Yep had it! Had my tonsils out to cure it! Go private to get it done you can have them out in a month! I otherwise was asked to wait 2 years on the NHS!!!!
As you probably know the tube from your ears joins with the back of your nose and your throat- it is basically a recurring infection in those tubes! Gargle with salt water in the morning and in the evening this will help but won't get rid of it totally!
Nothing to do with thrush!

Sounds like thrush. Off to the docs to get an antifungal mouth wash.

They sound like quincy's I used to get them a long time ago. You may need your tonsils removed as it is a solid infection in the tonsils
By the way thrush is not necessarily a sexually transmitted infection.

it sounds like thrush. thrush of the mouth is often a elevation of yeast in the body causing a fungal infection. go to the doctor.
oh yea sex is not always the course of vaginal thrush. again elevation of yeast in the body, i.e if you have to much cane sugar, white bread processed foods.

a child can get thrush in the throat so it is a possibility.

sounds like you have thrush which not taken care of can lead to serious and painful infection of the larynx....not to mention not being able to eat for a long time...

I used to get them before I had my tonsils out.
I'm not sure exactly what they are but I think it's got something to do with infection and the tonsils.
