you can outrun a cop-car but its almost impossible to outrun a police radio because if you are doing someting bad enough they will have cops coming from other directions

Yep! I saw it once on TV. One of those Wildest Police Chases. He was able to lose them within a neighborhood. I don't know how either, but he did.
