The leaves are small, round shaped, white, transparent and have a silver or pearly glow. I don't think they grow on trees, they're more a foliage plant / bush. Any one knows the common or scientific name?

Thanks.

Puppy Zwolle is right, but please note that the round shaped silvery things are actually the seed, and not the leaves!
That's why there are also called "Silverdollar".
