Anything is possible. Were you trying to get pregnant? Please go to your doctor and ask for a blood test as soon as possible, not just for pregnancy but for any number of std's. I'm not implying anything here, just concerned for your health. Good luck.

Yes, if the sperm survived long enough (unlikely) to see a new egg drop, it´s possible.
