Yes, you can get your wife pregnant. You might try propping her hips up on a pillow during intercourse as this will allow your sperm to travel deeper, more quickly. Good luck with the baby making! And, kudos to your for even admitting that your penis is 4 inches. That takes a REAL man. MOST men lie about their penis size. And, by the way, just ignore the dumb remarks people make. It's not the SIZE OF THE DOG IN THE FIGHT. It's the SIZE OF THE FIGHT IN THE DOG that counts!!

4" is short. when you shoot, be on the top, and have her lay on her back and her hip up for 1/2 hour, that will give the sperm to travel to right place,

yes, but have her booty propped up on a pillow, so that her hips are a lil higher than her shoulders, and let her lie like that for a good 20 minutes or so after ;)

Of course you can :) ... but you might want to place a pillow under her hips elevating her pelvis to insure it .... if she lays with her legs up for a spell also that might help ...
