That's really hard to say. Wherever your getting this file from has a lot to do with how long it will take for you to receive it. You might have the fastest connection in the world, but if your downloading a program that large from a server that has uploads the file to you slower than a snail can crawl it will take you probably a good week or 2. But realistically speaking if you were using a Cable connection and if that server has the same upload capability as your downloading it would take about half a day maybe a little longer or a little less.

At 256 kbps DSL = 100 mb/hr = 120 hours for 12.6 gigabytes!
The same calculation for 1024 kbps = 120/4 = 30 hours.
There is no way you can get fast enough to do it less than an hour! Even if you have sattelite connections and 1mbps and all those lies attached to it = 30 / 10 = 3 hours minimum. Lets face it you are talking about 3 DVD worth of data load!

Download data / time pro sec.
for example if your bandwith 750 KB pro sec.
then
12.6 * 1024 * 1024 / 750 / 60 / 60 = 4. 194
it meany 4 hours and 20 Min.
