where is the Page wizard in Microsoft Word 2003?

I cant find the Page wizard in MS word 2003.where to find it.I want to make a website by using the word 2003.

On the File menu, click New.
In the New Document task pane
On the General tab, double-click the Web Page template

There is no wizard in 2003. However, you can click File, New.. and on the right of the screen a window will open and you can choose Web Page. That's about it.
