For starter, not post in Games & Recreation.
But if someone is hammering on your door so much you feel in danger the police have to come.
Phone again and if they say no ask for the person on the end of the phones name & badge number, then to be transferred to their superior.
That should shake them into action, nothing worries a cop more than the thought of a complaint being made because they won't deal with a situation.
And the same goes if the police force in your area use civilian dispatchers.

Shoot to kill my friend, once you pop a cap or two in his butt he won't be screaming anything at you. Or if you don't have a gun a baseball bat will do just fine, play Barry Bonds on him and hit a few homers off his head. Stupid people don't deserve to live anyway, this way you can be proud that another idiot does not breed anymore idiots. Its natural selection, only the Strong survive and the foolish go the way of the dinosaurs.

Call again. They have to care if you are in danger. What kind of police do you have in your town? Are you calling them directly or did you dial 911. If you think you really are in danger you should call 911, they should care.

shoot him. not to kill, but in the foot or the leg or something - a motivational shot. I think he'll get the idea. If you dont have a gun, you can throw cold water on him from the second floor. If not, them follow with near boiling water.
