If this is an American-based company, you may get a response today as last week and this week are short week due to the long Labor Day holiday weekend. Hopefully, you will get an answer today. If not, you may inquire with the company you used to pay for the item, such as PayPal. If you used your credit card, it would make things even easier. Call the credit card company, explain the situation, and they may reverse the charge.

Good luck!

Do you have an address? If so report to their local trading standards agency. Otherwise go along to your own local trading standards agency.

I wish you luck as I've lost money that way and co went into receivership. Now I pay by credit card or paypal, much safer. If it is worldpay I don't buy.

Contact your State's Attorney General. If you used a credit card, simply contact the card company and report that you never received the merchandise. You will get a credit and they will investigate.
