Rail Bhawan,
Rafi Marg,
New Delhi 110 001
His office will take immediate
action against your complaint.
He has a full fledged department to adress
all the complaints of the traveller.
Central Railway may hush up
your complaint, but the Minister won't do that.
I have experienced myself about my complaint
in the past.
