Why in Yahoo Answers votes are limited to best answer and no best answer and there isn't second best anwser?

it fairly is actual that it fairly is meant to end abuse even with the reality that it would desire to look pointless it is going to decrease the opportunities of people abusing the equipment. although, each and every question and/or answer has a splash 'checklist Abuse' link next to them so if somebody is going like "thank you for the two factors" then in simple terms click 'checklist Abuse' and choose the 'not a query or answer' determination and placed up it to Yahoo! to get them in worry :o)
