You are so close to understanding your own problem! are you not saying that he does not care for you in a different way? Enough is enough when you realise you are being used. I think you have realised. So - enough?

it sounds like its over. time to move on. if you stick around you will become bitter and used. caring is a two-way street you'll meet someone whos willing to be with you for you and vice/versa

Because you are behaving like a submissive. Be dominant and demanding and come from top and you will see that he will undersatnd your needs too.

sounds like a one sided relationship,talk to your other half and tell them how you feel,and if nothing happens after that, then leave.
