I laugh when bad things happen to people I DO like! Humour usually has someone at the brunt of it!

Yes!
But I also laugh at Slapstick style events on people I do like!
This might be because I have an older brother who taught me the value of laughing off a punch, or kick!
Or it could be that I have some deep seeded issues! Who knows!
I suppose it's like art! I don't know funny, but I know what makes me laugh!!

Laughing at other peoples misfortune is not polite. You have to be sensitive and if possible give genuine support or some kind words to at least lessen the problems that others are facing. You never know it could be you someday.

it rarely happens, and it depends on the bad things... if it's really terrible, then I would never ever laugh. it's mean... but if it's something like failing in an exam, and if they have done many bad things to me, I would be a bit happy :-P

I know that everyone gets this sadistic pleasure when something bad happens to people we hate.
However one should realise the law of God or Karma which has denied us the foresight in looking into the future.
Today whatever happens to your enemy may happen to you and the present glee may turn into tears in future.

I dont laugh because I dont wish misfortune on anyone. I am a firm believer that if you think black thoughts you will darken your soul.
However, I dont lose any sleep if something bad happens to someone who 'deserves ' it (ie if they are cruel, unkind, greedy etc)

Sometimes, even if I don't want to. Laughing at them may make you feel better, but not out of good at heart.

I'd just call it cosmic justice and leave it at that, but there are very few people I feel like that about in the world...thankfully, i just tend to ignore people i don't like...spending time on them is a waste.

sometimes but i try not to because for laughing it might turn back on me for doing it . you see some might say were mean just 4 laughing at them& its mean..
