Unfortunately your height is dictated by your genes! If you have tall parents, chances are you'll be tall too (although this isn't always true). The best you can do is make sure you eat plenty of calcium for strong healthy bones (sound in dairy products such as milk and yoghurt) and protein to help your body grow and repair itself. Girls are usually full grown by age 16/17, and boys by age 18/19. Don't starve yourself or go on any silly diets. but thats the best you can do, I'm afraid! take care x

heridity is the main cause for tall peoples.

you cant choose it now..lol.

dont hang yourself with your hands ever.

it will make you ' torso'
short with proportionate figure is far better than torso.
