Change is pretty nifty. If nothing changed then everything would stay the same.

I do enjoy change. I like to find new and creative ways of doing thing. I don't want to become old and stale - regardless of my age.
So, to answer your question - I LOVE the changes that I initiate whether big or small. I often LIKE the changes others impose on me when I least expect it. I sometimes get anxious and worried over big changes that I can't control or change, but learn to live with.
:)
by the way - I reported answerer #2 "general g...." why are people like that even on YAHOO Answers??? so annoying.

depends on the change.
good change is always fun and welcoming. bad change is not.
then there is the change that really is more of a security blanket than a MUST..such as a daily routine. you could change the order in which you get ready in the mornings, but then...why? unless you are THAT bored.
good change for me is that i LOVE changing the furniture around my house, I've also painted every room in my home at least 3 times, and change the decor. i change my workout routine a lot so i won't get bored with it. i love changing my 360 page every now and then. i like trying new foods, or places to visit. lots of things!
BAD changes would be, a death of a loved one, loss of money or a fight with a friend that causes that friendship to end. bad accident, having to replace something you value as priceless.
i guess it all depends on your definition of "change".

Change is the law of nature. everything changes in some way or the other. There are certain changes wherefrom we cannot escape. For example, invention of Computer, mobile etc.are such changes that make us live easily if we use it correctly. But I am shocked to find certain changes in our environment such as increase in the misuse of drugs, increase in terrorism, global warming etc.which are man made. We must accept changes, but should not be allowed to be swept by them.

if it's for the best then why not?
well people don't want to change because it meant something from them from spiritual to sentimental or whatever
sometime i change genre songs from Gothic metal to jazz to whatever.... i mean just to refresh my mind and not to rot in a certain place....

Small changes are ok. If there is a big change that comes my way, it throws me off balance completely...I don't like that.
