The fact that this drug user is being so fiercly persude by the police and courts when others are not seems a bit out of order to me!! Is he being picked on by the authorities or what ??????

Pete seems quiet a cool guy why do so many here talk ill of him? Drug use is not a crime its a failier of society as far as im consered, jail the dealers not the users.. I mean Alcohol's a drug....

How do you know 'others'are not being persued? 'We' (the public) are only aware, after all, of Mr Doherty's antics because he is a public figure. He should be very grateful he's not in prison considering the serious nature and constant disregard he shows for the law. We can all be certain that if he was a Immigrant of any eastern European origin he would be lambasted and the Daily Mail would be calling for his deportation.

He isn't being treated any worse than any other known drug addict. I'm sure there are many people who would say he is getting off too lightly. There are plenty of non-famous people who have been made an example of for various crimes too, so I won't be loosing any sleep over him. If it wasn't for Kate Moss, nobody would have ever heard of him- talentless prat.

i think so yes..
yeah he is a smackhead and gets on my nerves but at the end of the day they are just making an example of him, plenty of people (famous or not) are using drugs heavily and they get left alone by the police its unfair really
