First make sure the bluetooth of both is on. Secondly make sure that ur phone is not hidden. That u can do by going to bluetooth settings and selecting my phone's visibility as visible to all, then pair the computer with the phone by going to pair new device. It will ask u to put a code, put anything and then put the same in the computer pop up when ur phone gets connected. Make sure that ur computer is also visible, not hidden

You need to make sure taht your computer and phone are not hidden. For your PC, go to control panel, bluetooth..., then find the check box that says hide form other devices. On your phone, go to settings or connections, go to bluetooth, make sure it is visible to all.

You should now be able to connect.

Also, it enhances the usability by installing Nokia PC Suite, from the Nokia UK site.

you need a bluetoothe dongle (about £20) from dixons etc. put that n to your pc and install the software disc. while that is doing, activate bluetooth on your mobile. when the software is installed it will ask you if you want to connect to another bluetooth device. when you select yes, it will search for other devices and your mobile will come up on the screen. select your mobile and they will auto connect together. when you want to send a file to your phone, go to the file and right click your mouse and there is a option there saying "send to bluetoothe device" also go in to your bluetooth section on your mbile and see "paired device". select that and you will see your laptop. press options and select yes where it says "auto connect without confirmation". sorted!! i have doone this with my phone and laptop and got no probs. any probs then get back to me

Make sure blue tooth is switched on on both, and make your phone discoverable. then search for blue tooth devices using your computer. Make sure the settings on the computer are set to allow devices to connect.
