Here are few of my suggestions:

You have to make your own business cards with complete info and give them to your students.

You could also ask a little favor from your students to refer your music school to their interested friends or relatives.

Also, for your students make an effort to have a little recital performance at the end of the semester. In this way, invited audience would be so pleased and may also enroll at your school.

Good Luck!

Network with the music teachers at your local elementary, middle and high schools. There may be some students that the teachers know could use more practice and help.

Usually word of mouth works. Have you asked your previous students if they know of anyone looking for lessons? Offer the first lesson for free, like, a half hour or so until you build up new clientele.

Advertise your service in the newspaper or on the radio.

Do you go on and on with theory lessons? Or give them homework? Or test them alot? Then don't. Maybe you can reduce your fees.
