Rounded toe, kitten heel.
Avoid pointed toe shoes which make you feet look even bigger and are no good for people with wide feet. Kitten heels are flattering cos they make your legs look longer without the agony of high heels and are a more natural walking position than flats (which also make your legs look chunky)

Square toed wedges. The heel will make the foot look smaller and if you have a square toes it makes the look blunter and you aren't going to get numerous big a**e blisters that you would with stillettos. Flat shoes make feet look bigger as do pointy toe ones as they elongate the feet. If you feet are quite wide then square or round toe are the best as they do not "fold" the toes over. A wedge is the best kind of heel as the pressure is more even along the foot than with stillettos or other thin heels and the lift and curve of the heel really does make feet look much smaller. Also peep toes are really good if you want a girly, flirty look for going out.

I know what you mean. Don't get bigger shoes, that'll just be uncomfortable and they may still squeeze your toes. Have you ever tried wide width shoes? They're made for people with wide (normal) feet. In some stores they're labeled as WW or D. If you're not sure just ask the clerk to point some out. Hope this helps.

I am a size eight which i think is big for a female. I find my feet are not wide but certain shoes make them look wider i wear shoes with a square toe as i think it makes my feet look smaller a pointed shoe make my feet look more like a size 12 to an 8. i wear boots and long leg trousers so my feet are not fully showing and they dont look as big. In summer i wear mules which dont look big and are suitable for people with wide feet in winter its boots with a square toe and zips at the side not laces as laces can appear to be to bulky.

Heels which are round-toed (not pointy) will probbaly look best. Paris Hilton has huge feet (US size 11, english size 9), so look at the shoes she wears for tips!
