I have weird elbows!!!! if i put my arm out straight in front of me, palm down, the inside of my elbow (soft skin with crease) faces up... so my "funny" bone points down. all my mates insides of their elbows are on the front when they do that... i can twist my arm to face it 'forward' but naturally it faces up. my sister and my cousin have the same sort of thing going on..... are we freaks alone in this world? any tips on excercises to help? any other people out there with weird arms?....

Hey, mine do that too! Cool. We should form a Unique Elbows Club... although, can you have a club for unique things...?

As for exercises, I say just accept your body - if it works fine the way it is, leave it! Chances are, you will be unable to change this, so work on loving yourself the way you are.

If your arms have been functional your entire life, then who cares? Is it really that big of an issue that you'd want to do some sort of exercise to make your elbow turn more the other way? Sounds pointless if you ask me.

We all have weird something. Don't worry about your unusual elbows, particularly if others in your family have similar ones. It is just genetics. Don't try any exercises or other "corrective" measures. Enjoy being different!

My elbows are like that too. It probably a genetic thing, like ear lobes and blue eyes.

Either we are mutants or your mates are mutants. Whose to say their elbows aren't the funny ones.

Its just the way your body has developed...if its not painful or causes any discomfort, then dont worry about it

we are ALL diferent in our own, unique ways

You have a little too much time on your hands there, sweety. Go help your mother out with the housework.
