Okay I'm using the quadrant from the (zero bearing)12 o clock position to 3 o'clock postion as quadrant 1, 3 to 6 o'clock as quadrant 2, 6 to 9 o'clock as quadrant 3 and the last qaudrant 4.

a) 2nd Quadrant (somewhere between 3 o'clock position to 6 o'clock)
b) 4th quadrant
c) 3rd quadrant
d) 2nd quadrant

(x,y) = Quadrant I
(-x,y) = Quadrant II
(-x,-y) = Quadrant III
(x,-y) = Quadrant IV
