There is no way you can say that any particular species is better than another, unless you specify exactly in which way they are better.

All species in existence are in existence because they have proven themselves in evolutionary competition - they are well adapted in their environments.

Prokaryotes (bacteria and archaea) have a very high reproductive rate and therefore can react to evolutionary challenges very quickly through advantageous mutations spreading rapidly through the population. So, in response to rapid change, prokaryotes are better suited to evolutionary survival.

Prokaryotic cells will never be more than simple bacteria for example. Whether or not more complex and 'certain' Eukaryotic celled organisms are better is open to debate

cells without a nuclear membrane r prokaryotic n whereas cells with it r eukaryotes....n there r many diiferences bt them....!
