Breasts are fatty tissue. Applying something to the skin will have no effect. The only thing you can do to enlarge them is wear a padded bra, get surgical augmentation, or gain some weight in fat.

Hey girl, I'm not sure why you want to implement your tities, but rest assured that in time, you will find that they are just a sulpplement to your personality. If you learn to use the rest of your body to your full potential, you wont need breasts. I had a girlfriend that didnt have any breasts due to cancer, but she could do other things that I didnt even miss the ****.
