Piles, or hemorrhoids, are enlarged varicose veins in the anal/rectal area. They are caused and aggravated by poor low fiber diets and bad circulation.
A high fiber diet and exercise help relieve this problem. Murray's Pill Book Guide to Natural Medicines discusses the following supplements as being useful: Aortic glycosaminoglycans, bilberry, butcher's broom, citrus bioflavinoids, fiber, gotu kola, horse chestnut, and procyanodolic oligamers.

There are a number of ways to remove piles or Hemorrhoids. Please look at this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piles#Medical_treatments Seems that a few factors can cause piles The primary cause of piles is chronic constipation and other bowel disorders. Pregnant women can also get them. Here is another site http://www.home-remedies-for-you.com/remedy/Piles.html. If you are seeing a doctor do not let anyone on here scare you.I know of people who have had procedures done for this and they are very happy to not have the pain. There is also medicines to help so do what the doctor advises. Good luck!!
