Yes, there are many types of objects that are not visible us. Maximum number of objects are not visible to us if we look with naked eyes, but if we use different types of telescope we can see billions billions objects (galaxy, quasar, star, planet, satellite, asteroid, comet, etc). But still there exists billions of objects beyond the reach of modern telescope. Besides these, there are mysterious black holes and black particles which are not visible to us.

yes, dunno what they are because we can't see them. suppose there is dark matter which you cant see because its dark and so is space
