First.. as per doctor my eyes are perfect .. Now anybody will explain this...

I always see a sun or moon like object or spot of around 10cm in diameter (Depends upon the distance of the object i am looking at) when I am closing the eyes. That means the period between I decide to close the eyes and actual closing of eyelids, I see a moon like bright or even more bright spot of light in front of my forehead (any place where focus of my vision falls). This even happens when I have kept my eyes closed for a longer duration at the time of opening of the eyes. When I get up at the morning and open my eyes for the first time, I see many little bright blue light (these spots are realy beautiful) spots of around 10 seconds on the wall or roof. Does anybody knows? What is it? No silly replies please.

This rarely happens to me. But often I see some wave kind of light when my eyelids are closed (even in night times). That goes beautiful If I start concentrating on it.
even my eyes are very sensitive to sunlight. I can not open my eyes wide like others do. But it doesnt mean that I can not see objects clearly in sunlight.

This is normal. Nothing to worry.

I'm not what it is but if the first doctor didn't help you should find another one and get a second opinion. Doctors are wrong all the time. You many get a different answer from a different one.

eyes are perfect

but looks like tour optical nerves are over stressed due to some reason ( only you know)

some causes are

video games, TV ? video & disco lights

hopefully your retina and the sensors are in good shape
( unless your eye doctor has misdiagnosed )

These sensors are like cones and they detect and record light
( photons at all frequencies ) so unless they are damaged

ever seen an old computer screen - it has burn marks
- something similar happens to sensors if over used
and misused.

Ok... look this happens to everybody... it is a condition when the rods and cons which are on the retina try to adjust to the reducing light and makes and illusion of what you've mentioned
