Since I am building my PCs from scratch using the components I want and obtaining the best results with very few money, I'd advise anyone to do like me. But, if you don't know how to build a PC, is better to buy one already built... Or learn how to built one... It's up to you! ;-)
If you decide however to buy a PC, go for the arranged one, since you can save money by turning off some features you'll never use (that depends on what you'll use the PC for) and, maybe, getting some features you need.
Good luck!

See you should always buy assembled system since it comes cheaper... if money isnot a problem to you, then you can always buy a laptop rather than desktop... lenovo is ideal

It depends on your budget. If you have limited budget and looking for the best one..go for assembled one.
If you have enough budget and no financial constraints....go for branded one such as Dell or Acer or Compaq
