How will WMD proliferation problems be finally solved?

What will be the ultimate solution to the ongoing problems of WMD proliferation internationally (especially the nuclear weapons issue)? Or, will the failure to find a solution eventually afford humanity the most horrendous of fates?

WMD proliferation began in Pakistan long back while General / President Zia Ul Haq was the Dictator / President, due to his Islamic Bomb concept out of super power dreams, false prestige, utilised one Dr. Quadir Khan and operations began from Holland. It was clear cheating and Dr. QK smuggled out all the Computer Aided Programs that was entrusted to him.

Zia was having a large net work that used procure / aquire required critical machinaries / equipments at a foreign land and smuggle out from those countries in the form of scrap and were assembled at their Nuke facilities in Pakistan. They started boasting they had everything in their own land and Zia thanked all the unknown Pakistanis for helping the Dictator to have his dreams to come true. That is birth of this concept.

Once procured at very high price, they have to sell the technology and take benifit out of it to cover up all the expenses that was incurred earlier. Meanwhile, the Aero Space Engi-neering's rocket technology was not at all known in Pakistani Engineering Institutions. They got the technology transferred from China and North Korea and just fixed a new tag/label and named it as they wanted.

Solution is there in the question itself. Prolifireration has to be totally discouraged by boycotting those who colloborate with the end users. Single them out and in isolation they will feel the heat!!
