I am a 27 years old male, I have started smoking around 3 cigarettes per day since around one month while being at work due to stress and boredom. I have noticed that my sexual desire has diminished and I'm really worried. I am athletic and I eat quality foods. I use whey protein and sometimes ATP supplement. What could be the reason behind my problem?

Smoking three cigarettes per day is not the problem.

May I suggest your lack of sexual drive has more to do with '. . . stress and boredom. . .' than your newly found smoking habit?

It appears that you are too involved in your stressful and boring job. It is possible that you are not meeting any sex partners because of your work environment.

Just relax. Take a day off. Go to a bar, or church, or the grocery store, or a restaurant, or the bus stop; wherever you know that you might run into an exciting partner.

Sounds like you take care of your body but maybe not your soul.

Please, do not stress yourself out over this. Treat your soul as well as you do your body. And then - go for it!

The stress at work is probably causing your problem! Stop smoking as smoking is a real stupid thing to do. Take up Yoga to relieve your stress.

Yes. smoking not only reduces sex desire but in long run also reduce sperm count. it also end up in pre mature ejaculation. It can make you impotent too. So avoid smoking, its specifically harmful for sexual life.

Probably. In any case it is a sexual turnoff to make love to a person (male or female) reeking of filthy tobacco smell.
